Vegan Basil Pesto
Perfect for sauces, soups, salads, pizza or pasta!
Ingredients
- 1 packed cup Basil leaves
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 packed cup spinach, leaves
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp salt, coarse
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup walnut pieces

- Put everything in a blender or Nutribullet.
- Pulse until smooth.
- Enjoy on your favourite vegan pasta.
